No, *I* brought up the point that you probably only started this thread because Ensign was a Republican. No you can't help the situations surrounding Ensign's failings or his party, the most obvious of the failings is that he is in the wrong party, but you can control your compulsion to troll around looking for dirt on anyone to the right of Stalin. I guess that is pretty far out there on the scale of probabilities though...
No, you did not bring up any party affiliation, but the thing is I would have known by the poster's name which party he belonged to if I didn't already know. Indeed I was fairly sure before I read his name which party he belonged to. I'm not prescient, so how is that possible? I think the answer is that the poster is 'pedantically predictable'.
Hey, I can't help it if Ensign is a Republican and happened to be interviewed on CNN the day I posted the initial entry in this string. I did not recruit the adulterous, lying hypocritical lecher into the GOP. Also, I had nothing to do with Mark Sanford's C Street affiliation, nor with Chip Pickering's. I can't help it if the C Street dirtbags involved in extramarital affairs are all Republicans. If some of the C Street "Family" members are less than loyal to the family values they allege to believe in, that ain't my fault.
