Thats called being facetious. Everyone knows that Murdoch owns News Corp., at least on paper. But he probably answers to the Saudis. Especially Prince Alwaleed bin Talal al-Saud, the nephew of the Saudi Arabian King Abdullah.

Gitmo may close someday, but its no matter. The really bad people are being held in undisclosed locations never to be known about or seen by any regular military or media. This guys prosecution was for show and tell, not for justice.
