Outback for me (although I admit I usually get the prime rib, not a steak)
Last time I went to Dales, I was very unhappy with my steak. Wife wasn't pleased either. Past experiences were good there, but not outstanding.
Used to like Georges, but all in all, Outback is still my favorite.
I have not tried Texas Roadhouse.
