I second Ruth's Cris Steakhouse. I took my wife there (in KC, MO) for her birthday.

There is a saying: you get what you pay for. You most certainly do at Ruth's Cris Steakhouse. If you ever get a chance, even 1 time, try it...but be prepared to have a fat wallet or a large credit card limit or debit card limit.....cost us, this is 2 people here, for drink, food, and desert: over $100.00, but BOY, was it worth it....
