The CIA bought a safe house and watched the bin Laden compound for over a year without getting any hard evidence that he was actually there. If the SEALs had gone in and bin Laden was not there, would that be BushIIes fault, and a violation of the agreement which stipulated that we would have accurate intel that bin Laden was in fact at the site of the raid??? OBama took the risk and gets the rewards.
If BushIIe had spent any effort on getting bin Laden from 2005 forward, he might have got McCain elected. Instead, he spent 3 years accomplishing.....nothing.
If you are stupid enough to think that there was no Pakistani involvement in "knowing"...if not actively supporting this operation...which would REDUCE the risk...well, I guess you are.
