I'm sorry, Firenze, but how could you choose to save an animal, no matter how precious, over a human being? I know that you are a nurse and a caregiver and I am stunned that you would "run into a burning building" for your cat but not your neighbor's kid. Those two world views don't seem to jive with one another.
