lynn, you are my kind of people. as soon as you and your kids can, i hope you let another kitty into your life. good kitties need families like ya'll.

i stopped and picked up a nine week old puppy on the side of the road a week ago. who could drive off and leave a nine week old puppy?! he was so terrified, he was falling over in the weeds, yowling in fright at the cars passing. i need another dog like i need a hole in the head (we have 5 big ones already - all former strays; three cats - two were strays; and the Queen of All Yard Goats, too) but no way am i driving by a 6 pound puppy on the side of the road. anyone who could do such a thing needs shot.
