Reply to "cell phones"

I was in line at the bank drive through. I needed to make a deposit & this was 15 minutes before the bank closes (couldn't be helped - that's for jetboy Big Grin ).

Two cars in front of me, first one is quickly finished with transaction & then comes the next woman in front of me. She is so busy talking on the phone that she holds the line up for a full TEN minutes. I bet the teller was more irritated than I was. They close the windows before I can get up there, but as I was about to pull away without complaint (because it wasn't the bank's fault), the teller took pity on me & said to wait, that she'd help me, bless her sweet heart.

I also hate when I'm in a store & someone is speaking very loudly on their cell phone. I'm not sure what the point of this is? If I were the store owner, I think I'd have to say something. Customers leaving my store to get away from the Mouth of the South is not good for business.
