That little in-ear monitor thing would probably just have mostly her voice in there. Sometimes however, it's hard for some singers to keep on pitch unless they can hear their "head" voice. I mean her actual voice coming out of her mouth. I can't tell by the pic, but she might have the other one in her other ear. Sometimes when eveything is coming at you through the monitors, it's hard to tell what's what. Or, which one is me?
