Are you sure you don't have to beat the spread as well? I have played the Yahoo "Pick em'" for a few years and beating the spread was always a part of the game. Was this a option you had when you set up the league?

The first weeks picks should be ready about a week before the games and then every Monday they will be updated for the next week.
