The 16yr. old does not have insurance so guess who picks up the bill, the taxpayers.He has since ceased working for the 18 yr. old and now works directly for the original contractor who is licensed.Seems the "head man" decided the 16 yr. old worked harder and more honestly than the 18 yr. old.
