Some great music venues (jazz, folk, rock,...) would be excellent. They can serve drinks and munchies and probably would be seen as less threatening by those who offend easily.

And, let's not forget the comedy clubs! They are a blast!

Also, there needs to be a full time movie theater and a nice late night dessert cafe.
