I don't drink coffee, but I love the singer/songwriter stuff that gets played at places like that. I think that would go great with a dance club or two.


mug.com in Muscle Shoals already does that. Don't know how successful they really are. They cater to mainly the young christian groups.

Thats interesting, although I guess I would prefer a more "secular" venue... I mean, don't get me wrong... I'm a Christian, and I have strong faith in what I believe, but I just could never get into the whole "Christian rock" music scene. Some people like it, but I find it a little...weird, and sometimes irreverent, I guess. I love religious music, but personally I much more enjoy it when it is traditional hymns, choirs, pianos, and organs, not guitars, drumsets, and tamborines. Not that there's anything wrong with those who like that stuff, but as far as religious music goes, its just not for me, I guess.
