Those puppies sound a lot like the one that was dumped in my neighborhood....complete with a LAMINATED note tied (w/ a red ribbon, no less) around it's neck that read, "I need a good home! I am lovable and will be your friend."

IMHO, anyone that does that sorta thing (or is so irresponsible to even be in that situation) should be grouped together with the child molesters and shot.
