It would be interesting to find a site listing the old "crime families" that operated in Colbert Co. and surrounding areas and see what their spawns are up to now. The bootleggers, equipment thieves, moonshiners etc. I doubt that any of them "went legit" so I'm guessing they went a bit quiet with their activities when the patriarchs died. It seemed like the old crooks lived forever.
