Every New Year's eve I think of when I was young and seeing movies and reading articles about the year 2000 and up. I asked my mother if she and dad would be alive in the year 2000. She said "of course". Mom and Dad didn't make it but every year I make it a point to tell them Happy New Year and toast them!
