Okay, earthmomma, I'll buy you lunch--think I owe you one promised from Christmas. "Alluring Alice, etc.," actually isn't alliteration. It's assonance. "Beautiful Beatrice" would be alliteration. Assonance refers to words beginning with vowels.

Of course when we get into poetry, as in Poe, the sounds can come in the middle of the words and not at the beginning.

There will be a test later, but only for "Salsa Babe."
