As I see it, everybody should fall into one of two categories.

1 If you're a Christian/Jew/Muslim whatever, you don't want an adulterer as a judge.

2 If you're not the above but have any lick of common sense you don't want a man who uses our tax dollars to give his married (then) girlfriend a job.

Anybody can justify this in any way?
