Have a sign up dead line & enough time after that to see how many kids, better to have 3 teams or two teams with less player so more kids get a chance to LEARN by getting to PLAY MORE parents are happy & I am sure the kids would be! at this age it should not be about winning , yes if you win under these rule Great, the one that said their son played line backer the whole game, why not swap him out with at lest another or maybe two other players, as HOT as it is , would give him a break, Each Kid that comes to Pratice should get to play & the very ones who don't , they maybe the very one by time they get into high school , grown to be a Great Player, a lot of kidon't start growning in size untell 13 or 14, if they drop out at an early age because of not getting to plat all, you may never see them go out for high school. Sports should be fun & learning of how to win & loose. At this age not about making a Supper Star out of a few .
