It's not so bad when the weather is fit to eat on the patio but that's certainly not the case right now. And the traffic noise is sort of distracting also. Perhaps the patio could be sort of enclosed with the roll-up plastic windows like they have at some other restaurants with patio seating. They could put portable heaters out there and it would probably be tolerable except in the harshest weather.
