I've been reading and hearing about this. This is kinda like the thing they do when they do break down and pretend to look for work/better jobs. They want to be paid off the books so they can still get all the government goodies, and have no problem asking if you'll do it. Of course now, with this economy and no one hiring, they don't have to worry so much about pretending they want to work. Sad for the ones that really do want and need to work and don't think living off the government is so wonderful, even if there are a thousand ways to scam. Some people are just honest, shame they have to suffer.
