Reply to "No One is Coming For Contraception, But They’re Definitely Coming For Conscience Rights"

Providing contraception saves the government money in the long run, by reducing kids that are born into poverty which reduces government assistance on things like, school, free lunches, housing assistance, food stamps.   Pick your battles.  Keep the government out of the doctors office.

Contraception is already free to the "poor". IF they would only use it. The problem is the irresponsibility of men and women who can easily afford B/C or have it given to them but don't bother with it. We paid for our own B/C and used it.  We only wanted a certain number of children. It was children we felt we could raise properly and afford to easily take care of without any government assistance. The idea of letting someone else pay for our children never crossed our minds. The problem is the free school, free lunches, housing assistance, food stamps and more that people get for being irresponsible. That help should be only for the truly needy, truly disabled and/or elderly, not healthy people capable of working that keep spurting out babies for others to pay to support. People have no pride or shame today. Instead of pumping them out for others to support, or killing them in the womb, they should have enough human decency to prevent them from being started. Another problem is anchor babies that entitle illegals to all sorts of government help. That needs to be addressed and changed if there is any way possible.

"Keep government out of doctor's offices" meaning what exactly?
