Interrogation IS indeed permitted, but it is not allowable, and should not be, to employ torture as an adjunct to interrogation.
You simply do not know what you are talking about.
If anyone here is of non-Earth origins, it could well be you, but there are difficulties with that. No one as deficient as you in the powers of reason and analysis could have found his way here unaided from another planet.
