Yep, I saw that palm message to Mama. But I also saw--as did all viewers of her televised speech--Palin's quick look straight down at her palm when asked the question for which those notes on the palm were consulted. The items listed on her palm were in preparation for a pre-selected question about her highest priorities. That little fiddle player couldn't even remember her "highest priorities" without a Palmprompter.

Left wingers and intelligent wingers of all stripes can recognize insecurity and incompetence when it is put on display like that!

Your attempted defense of this Palin palm ploy might just be misplaced chivalry, but more likely it is just another feeble stab at defending the indefensible ninnyhood of the Wacko Wingnut of Wasilla!
