Sometimes you just have to use a little brain power. Exert a little effort for what you want, meet the challenge. If you want a good parking place, get there early. Check into the off campus parking/shuttles. Carpool. It's a small university...you may not like having to walk further, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Of course there are more registered cars than spaces...they are not all there at the same time, so that only makes good sense. Should UNA cut off enrollment according to parking?
I have class at 8 in the morning every day and even the parking decks are full to almost the top level. UNA shouldn't cut off enrollment according to parking, but they shouldn't get rid of parking spaces to build over, or close over half of the GUC parking lot almost every day. They should make decisions to better accomodate for those forced to pay for parking in general. (even if you don't have a car, you have to pay, if you want the fee refunded, you have to provide proof that you do not own a car, which is practically impossible)
