imho: He/Sh/It is an internet troll....additionally, he/she/it refuses to answer a direct question, and spin around the business at hand. IMHO, this individual is a hypocrit and should be treated as such: IGNORED by all, banned by the ADMIN.

From the looks of things, this individual has come back..and should be banned again, and again, and again.
