Reply to "Phone Scammers calling more frequent?"

Spoofing has gotten even worse . Several months ago I got a robo call from my own number ! It was "Rachel from cardholder services" . I only answered it out of curiosity .
These callers are criminals if you are on the "do not call " list. Personally , I think the president should dispatch Seal Team 6 to find and kill all the people associated with robocalls, and destroy all their equipment .
I read an article just the other day stating how they make money even if your answering machine answers, they make money on all answered calls because they are able to sell those numbers to other robocallers.
I have gotten two calls from the IRS callers , both spoke very broken English.
