They definitely still go door to door. A car load of Mormons in a small station wagon came to our house and knocked on the door one Sunday last month. We pretended no one was home till they went away and they had left pamphlets on the door. Went straight in the trash.

There are also two boys that wear suits and ride bicycles that go door to door in Russellville. I see them all the time.
