You said it, Jennifer.

First of all, if shopping at a Publix thrills you that much, you need to get a life. Second, if you think having a Publix here will put a dent in Walmart's profits, you are seriously mistaken. Third, how nice a store is depends a lot upon the location, not the brand name.

Glad we are getting a Publix, but the location is not convenient for me. I would rather save my gas and shop at Food World, Big Star, or even Hometown, then drive all the way out Cox Creek Blvd. to save 10 cents on arugula.

P.S. I hardly ever go to Walmart either, for the same reason.
