He shot her as she came trough the window. Yes, that WAS indeed an execution. She wasn't fighting...she wasn't wanted...she hadn't reached for a weapon or fled the scene...she didn't ignore any instructions from an officer or attack the officer and try to take his gun...she wasn't on drugs and didn't swallow the drugs when confronted...she didn't try to pass counterfeit twenty dollar bills to steal from someone...etc. Blank libs....antifa....and blm thugs and their supporters that use the excuse of 'police brutality' to riot...loot and destroy because of criminals. They are protected and the cops vilified. Very different from this decent woman and the piece of garbage that shot her. Other cops are arrested and tried for murder...and doing prison time...but not the dem's little pets. They can do what they want.
