And those drivers run off after they cause accidents that kill someone or causes thousands in damages. IF you even get a name you can try to find a driver with their name when there are hundreds of them using that name in the same house or neighborhood... and they either don't speak English or deny they were driving...have no ID of any sort, not to mention NO license and of course no insurance. Maybe we should ban alcohol too...seeing how many drunk drivers there are that kill people.
