that's a problem with the people, not with the theater. the idea of manners and common courtesy, even here in the home of ' good old southen hospitality' is bordering on extinct.
rude obnoxious behavior is ignored because we all have cell phones, and we wouldn't want someone else to tell us when we can use it, so we won't say anything to them.
well, i do not have, nor do i want, nor will i ever have a cell phone. i hate them with a passion. so yeah, movie running, phone rings, i get the manager. i don't know how many people i've gotten thrown out of a movie since cells became so common place, but i wish i had a buck for each one

i just wish i had a little EMP gun, so i could zap the idiots who are chatting and driving, or god help us, texting and driving.
you need your phone for your job? fine. pull over and answer.
