Forgive me if I am wrong but isn't the material posted to Facebook's website the property of Facebook? That includes even if it's something you posted to their site? I think you gave them permission when you agreed to the terms of service.
Note that I said "I think", it seems like I saw something to that effect when I signed up and I understood that they could use anything I post on their site.
