Some should accept their monthly Social Security checks and realize they are retired. Not go around a small town trying to con people out of their memories so they can profit.
Not to mention there are some underground world entities rumored to be making bucks from this project as well.

If you have a Facebook account and posted your "memories" there then the authors didn't need anything direct from you, just needed permission from Facebook because you had already given Facebook permission when you agreed to the TOS.
Added to the above, if they took material from Facebook without their permission then I would think that Facebook would have a legit case but you would not.
