Talk. The only time I text is when I or any other hunter is on the stand and has taken a shot. So as not to disturb other hunter’s hunt, who heard the shot, we text "down" or "missed." After the hunt, we’ll assemble to do what’s required...track, drag, ridicule you, whatever.
Talk. If it’s an emergency, call us...even one of us. Hunts over right then and we’re responding to the problem.
Talk/voice mail. Because it’s easier, quicker, efficient, and most of all safer.
