I've been watching a BBS program on YouTube, Motorway Cops, and what is interesting is that even talking on the phone while driving will get you a ticket. They rigorously enforce it, and can immediately put points on your license. On the other hand, you don't have to have your license, or any other form of ID, on you when you drive.

I'm not sure if they have Chick-Fil-Lay there or not, though.
