I have learned how to see that there ARE uneducated people in this world who are great people, but cannot spell good, nor articulate well, but GREAT people at heart.

I have learned acceptance... Accept them for what and who they are, instead of how they write.

Although, I do NOT understand why you are picking apart each and every sentence I say... I speak from about 8 years on message boards, and 27 years at work.

Tolerance, Acceptance, Diversity, and Understanding.. that is what I have learned.

I'll try again. You are speaking for yourself, based on the fact that you say it is from your experience. See? Spelling correctly isn't the point. One's effort to do his or her best to communicate clearly is important on forums designed to provide a space for discussion. Judging has nothing to do with it. There are great people who don't spell well, sure. There are also great people who do their best at what they do, including posting on a forum: that's the point. Secondly, you speak about accepting people for whom they are as opposed to what they write. On a forum, we only know people from their writings. Therefore, they should represent themselves as accurately as possible. Again, that's important in a community created through writing. Lastly, there is a reason you don't understand why I am "picking apart each and every sentence" of yours: I'm not! I was simply replying to distinct points with distinct answers for the purpose of clarity. And, by the way, congrats on your experience with message boards.
