Reply to "'Tis the season-Salvation Army responds after singer Ellie Goulding threatens to cancel concert over LGBTQ concerns"

First, you think it's okay to say that just because it wasn't in the U.S.? Okay, sure.

Second, you might want to check your facts on the city's grant money. As of now, I hear it's not gonna happen. Not only did the city get complaints, so did the state. Then check out to see what some are saying about local SA leadership.

Third, most of the money donated here goes to Virginia where the SA has its U.S. offices. If that isn't bad enough, even that doesn't all stay in the U.S. Part of that goes to London where the headquarters are. So much for your money helping locally.

Fourth, here's an eyeful - 12 reasons to reject the SA - https://libcom.org/library/sta...eject-salvation-army

It was not in the US and it was almost 8 years ago. I don't know if the man is even alive. No one seems to know. It doesn't matter...the SA made it clear at the time he didn't speak for them.

So much for your money helping locally.

Again...in your haste to be negative you get confused. Where did I mention locally? Everyone know the SA army helps all over...and even you can't deny the SA helps people locally. As for your link...you have to be kidding. I'm not clicking on any of your liberal hate sites. IF you *hear* it's not going to happen with the money from Florence...I say I heard it was...and couldn't find anything differently...and unlike you and your 8 year old Australian news...I did look.

First, you think it's okay to say that just because it wasn't in the U.S.? Okay, sure.

Where did I say that?  I didn't say any such thing. I said your news scoop was 8 years old and showed the SA has come out against it. You need to give up that online rag of yours if this is the best you can do. You aren't very good at researching and keeping current...factual or honest.
