Poor senile trump could not or would not get the vaccine out either because he was never up to the job of being president or because he was only concerned about trying to steal an election. Trump could only get out 15 million doses in a month while Biden has gotten out 100 million in just 50 days. Uncle Joe is busy fixing illegal pres. cheetos messes.
