What if pigs had wings? Then, they could fly. The more the birthers talk about Obama's birth certificate, the better his chances for reelection. Besides, they can't not turn up something that has already turned up. That would just be silly.

BO hasn't produced a birth certificate yet. Several states are passing laws that will require to see it in order to be placed on the 2012 ballot. Could be interesting.

Federal election law trumps state election law everytime. If a state were to deny ballot access to the Dem candidate, no electoral college votes from said state would be allowed.
