The majority of them were used in the rebellion of Syria and are now again being spread out across the Middle East to other sects who will hold them till the time is right to once again use them without reprecussion. Only a fool would believe that these things NEVER existed. Too many scientists and investigators knew what was going on in Iraq with Soviet scientists who left after the downfall of the old Soviet Union. There was a female microbiologist from the old Soviet union who was known to be working on smallpox. Her last known whereabouts had been Iraq. Hopefully, she is dead in the desert somewhere.
