Okay, he made a speech and did not tell the truth. He told what he thought to be the truth. When he found out the truth he regretted telling something that wasn't so. At that time I became a bigger supporter of him than in the past. None of the other officials did this. He was man enough to admit a mistake, the others kept trying to act like it was "weapons of mass destruction"
