I also agree with gracies old man that he might be the officer in question with the way he has worded his responses and the evidence was in the initial post in detail.

I would call the police chief.

Also, if he acted this way in public and his wife was as nice as she could be I can only imagine how horrible her life must be at home behind closed doors.
