I've got to agree with those that recommend Bob's Tire and Alignment in Sheffield across from the McDonalds and right down from the bridge. They have always been competitive and if you are willing to chose their recommendation on a brand they suggest you can save quite a bit of money and their service after the sale is beyond compare. Additionally you are supporting neighbors instead of a large corporation like Sam's which doesn't take too much care in the way they treat tires and how they remove the tires. Bob's keeps the same help for years and they treat you like family. Additionally Fredericksons are good people also.
