Yea, you know, us pesky customers that want our vehicles fixed correctly and treated as if they were their own. I don't know what the world is coming to.

Funny thing, when you pay someone for a service, you usually expect them to actually do the job correctly. It's not enough if they just do the job, but do it completely and correctly. But I guess it wouldn't matter that much if they only put three or four of the five lug nuts on. No big deal there, huh? It all comes down to attention to detail.

I am not perfect and I don't expect perfection from anyone. Mistakes happen. If you order a Big Mac and get mcnuggets once, oops. Let it happen three of four times and you'll probably find somewhere else to eat, no matter how much you like Big Macs.

Ohh, and one more thing. I HAVE to go back to Sams. I've already paid for the rotation and road hazard. Or I spend my money and pay someone else to do it after already paying Sams. So they have not gotten rid of me, as you believe. They have just lost me as a customer. When they work on my car I will be monitoring it from outside the bay (in the parking lot) and I will involve the store manager everytime I am there. And, when the time comes for a new set, I'll be looking elsewhere.
