You mean they didn't just admit they screwed up and apologize? Ohh, did the manager say that it was your fault because your car was just too darn powerful?

Be careful how you critize Sams, some folks might say that Sams is better off without you as a customer because you expected them to return your car in the same condition it was in when they got it....
