Oh, I believe you, dkn... because that is what is going on right now in D.C.... But WE THE PEOPLE are supposed to matter, and to dubbya we don't... only HIS agenda does. Sometimes I wonder if he has more power, or if Cheney is the brains of the outfit. It is hard to figure.
