Reply to "Woman says Roy Moore initiated sexual encounter when she was 14"

Wow only 4 or 5 hours have gone by, on a work day, and you're amazed no Republicans have commented.  Well I'm not a Republican although I have (of late) voted Republican because of actions by the Democrats for the last many years specifically related to messing up heath insurance with democratic healthcare aka ... Obamacare.    That aside regarding the allegations against Roy Moore there hasn't been as much salivating on Democrats part since early on November 8, 2016 hoping that this will cement the Democrats victory after which the whole nation will pronounce that Moore lost because of people's feelings about Trump when Trump will have nothing to do with it.

First of all I really question the allegations because of timing and the fact that it seems so convenient how a Washington News outlet, obviously and strongly biased against Republicans and for Democrats, digs up women who now are willing to spill all on Roy Moore after so many years and who never came forward before.  Also you have the girls mother who claims she was told shortly after but somehow never went after Roy Moore?  I don't know about you but if someone in any position had done that to my child I would have  at least have them charged and revealed and not waited.

It all smells of political motivation and like the attempts to take down Trump before his election but at this point I don't know but that Roy Moore has but one option to dispel all doubt and then whatever he does will never dispel doubt on some people's part and that is take a polygraph.  Whether or not he's ask to do that or is willing to do that I don't know but I think that would be his strongest option at this time.  If Guilty though, and he surely knows if he is, then he should step aside but either way the charges, true or false, will damage his chances at winning.

Democrats and anyone knows that in the playbook of destroying candidates there are two weapons that most always work and will destroy a candidate and that is sexual charges against women or racist charges.   I'm still amazed at how quickly the paper could locate multiple women who were supposedly abused by Roy Moore after all these years yet no one still knows where Obama was on the night of the Benghazi attack or when he was notified or no one knows who called off the military response to assist those under attack at that compound.  Even more curious how it went soooo long that everyone insisted it was an attack because of a vague YouTube video telling all Americans it was the video when it was obviously known to be a Terrorist attack, from the beginning.  The paper (along with so many more) was never interested in investigating that.  At this point I tend to be more distrusting of the media and the report against more however if (somehow) proven to be true then I agree he ought to be defeated and ought to get out of the race.  If innocent though what those who are pushing this story are worse than Moore if he had of done what he's accused of doing.

Last,  Remember Richard Jewell, the Duke Lacrosse case ... cases where accusations were eventually proven to be false.  Remember how everyone had the policeman who shot Michael Brown  crucified in the media and everyone else's mind when it was said he definitely killed Michael Brown with his Hands up and shouting not to shoot?  People even today still say "Hand's up Don't Shoot" was legit and they had eyewitnesses that said it was true up and until it was proven to be untrue.  Just because you have people saying something doesn't make it true.  There ate so many other things that were reported as true yet ended up being wrong and false, lots of things.  Bill Clinton has been accused all along by a group of women that have ceremonially been dismissed by the National Media, the same media that is seeking to convict Roy Moore before anything is known for sure.   The accusations against Trump regarding hiring prostitutes to pee on the bed in Russia was also reported as true up and until the political dossier was proven to be false, fake, and manufactured.

Hannity, an obviously and strongly, Republican, biased program on FOX News addressed and mentioned this the very first thing on the show.  Hannity also invited Roy Moore and all the women on the show to voice their accusations and denials but as of this moment, of me sending this, I have no idea if any of the parties agreed to come on or rejected coming on.  Do we now, though, live in a country where we convict a person on an accusation alone?  An accusation that very much appears to be politically motivated and reported by an outlet that not only endorsed Moore's opponent but is definitely politically biased against Moore's party?   When are such serious accusations first reported to news outlets rather than the authorities?  Should not any serious accusation first be reported to authorities then reported to the media?  In that way those that accuse the person if false put those reporting it at risk because you don't make false accusations to the authorities without risk but there is no risk in making them to a news outlet who then can convict the person in the news and affect the election before there is time to disprove any of the accusations.

IF TRUE though Moore deserves to suffer because of it.  If false nothing will ever be done to those making those false accusations and they would have tarnished Moore enough to potentially defeat him.
