I wish I could send the picture, either I don't know how or my laptop won't. The laptop is old and has various viruses and malware on it. It's been on motel wifi's at every dam on the Tennessee river, most of the the tributaries in North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee. Bestworking sent me instructions on how to copy stuff, it didn't work. I bought a new laptop, it had that stupid microsoft system on it and I hate it, so I don't use it.

Its a poor workman who blames his tools.  Download a free anti-virus program like AVG and clean up the thing.  then, clean up the hard drive, history and limit the programs on start up.  As to Microsoft, t assume you mean Windows 8 or 8.1, the operating system is a bit clunky, but not that hard to use.  I'm using it now and have so for over a year  Not, that I'm a great IT type.  It was a week before I realized this laptop had touch screen capabilities and enabled it.

Microsoft securitied essentials is not that good, AVG has quit being free. I have bought Avast and it will not pick up everything. I have spybot search and destroy installed. It hasn't picked up anything in months, probably over a year. Malwarebytes was on it, but it has expired, I need to get some type malware program reinstalled.

Microsoft Security Essentials has come a long way and according to my IT guy is pretty good now......

Buuuuuuuuuuuut......... I recommend Comodo. I have it on all my computers and love it. It's free also. Warning: It is a very robust program. You will be surprised at some of the programs it will warn you about. You will have the option to isolate or allow......

Make sure that you do not have several anti-virus programs running at the same time. That will slow your computer waaaaaaaaaaaaaay down.

You can also un-install Malware Bytes and then re-download for an up-to- date scan. I recommend that you spend the bucks to keep it current. It's worth it in the long run.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, get away from it. Download Chrome or Mozilla and then install ad-block.
