My favorite recent commercial is the TLC's "What Not to Wear" one where the blonde woman decked out in her straight-from-1983 yellow suit walks in and the receptionist asks, "Where'd you park your Delorian?" She responds, "What?" And he responds, "WHAT?"

It makes me laugh everytime I see it. I love sarcasm.

De Lorean-just being picky.
Sonic Commercials are mostly silly and I usually do NOT like them.

But there is this ONE where she has an apple drink that guarantee's to be 100% apple. HE says that it being 100% apple is more than a REAL apple is. SHE questions HIM, and HE says, well, you don't eat the seeds, stem and core do you? And SHE says that this was one of his best ones so far. I laugh every time I see that one!!!
That's the AFLAC commercials, Taciturn (voiced by Mr. Obnoxious Voice, Gilbert Gottfreid - but he's perfect for it!)

My personal favorite that's long-gone was one for Little Caesar's, which I have forever saved on my videotape of the Alabama-Miami national championship Sugar Bowl game.

In one of their "this is crazy" commercials, a wedding planner (an obvious flamer, which makes it even more over the top) is planning a dog wedding.

"Some people call it dog weddings, but we prefer Canine Nuptials!!!"

Follow this up with dogs of various breeds in tuxes and bridal/bridesmaids outfits, and chaos ensues.
I know that this may sound a little corny, but the new Huggies commercial is great! This little chubby baby is laying on it's back looking at it's hand and then it rolls over and starts rocking back and forth on all fours....kind of makes me think of my "babies". I guess I am just being overly maternal these days because my "baby" just started kindergarten!

By the way dog--Why is it those VS commercials are targeted specifically toward men (you can tell that by the way my son goes very, very, very still when they come on)(he is 12) but the product is for women? Well, women who are below 100 pounds anyway.....Don't get me started on that one. REAL women can't and shouldn't wear some of the stuff they have in that store....not that I wouldn't in a heartbeat if I could, though. I am sure that my husband would love it!
The Bud superbowl commercial from a year or so back--the one where the baby clydesdale horse is playing around with the harness/collar that is just hanging there in front of the wagon and he pushes against it and the wagon moves....he thinks he is moving it like the big horses and he's so proud...

As he gets the wagon out of the barn you can see his mama is behind the wagon pushing it.

*sob* I am getting all misty-eyed thinking about it.

you know what, tho? I am 9 months pregnant and it may just be the hormones.
Last night I was watching a hunting show on OLN when a commercial came on for a deer scent. It showed a buck mounted on a doe and I bout hit the floor!!! I thought it was funny but Im glad my little boy was not in the room (it had sound effects and everything).
Now before anyone says it was an animal and not sexual at all.......I Know!! It just didnt seem to be in good taste.
Just don't watch "A Baby Story" on TLC--the waterworks really will come on then! Those hormones are JUST FANTASTIC!!!! Bless your heart! I hope you make it through this heatwave! Keep your feet up----it will all be over very soon! The very best of luck to you!

THAT'S IT!!!!!!! I have always wondered why my husband wants me to go hunting with him when it is my "time"---he is **cking using me as BAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh! I watch all of those "baby birthing" shows! I have my cry every morning over those. One babay after the next is born and I am a snivelling mess.

Considering the heat, it hasn't been that bad this time around. Thanks!
I can't believe I forgot about this commercial. It may be my all time favorite!

I love the Armstrong flooring commercial where the adorable little Boston Terrier is watching a horror movie with the family, and when a scary monster comes on the TV screen, the dog clamps his eyes shut, whimpers, pees on the floor, and then runs out of the room. It is the cutest thing I have ever seen! I never get tired of seeing it. Here's a link to watch it:

i don't really love this one, but i does crack me up....

FOX 54 has been running commercials about speeding and DUI in Alabama. The commericals show people being handcuffed then stuffed into the back of a squad car.
The tag line for the commericals is
"If you don't want to be cuffed and stuffed in Alabama, don't ________"

Is it just me or does "cuffed and stuffed in Alabama" sound like the title of a kinky porno movie?

It's SOOOO not just you.
Not sure why this appeals to me but, I like the Vytorin commercials where they have the different foods looking like people – I never get tired of seeing the new ones!

Beer commercials are usually great. Like the horses playing football, kicking a field goal and the cowboy remarks, “Sometimes they go for two.”

And the "Another One Bites the Dust" funeral procession is funny! Cool

IMHO the worst commercial is the men singing "Viva Viagra." Roll Eyes
I have always like the bud commercials especially the ones with the frogs. but the funniest I have seen was I think last year or year before was the horses out in the snow and th younger ones was kicking snowballs at the older ones and laughing. One of the older olds walks over the the tree that the younger ones were standing on and bumps it with his butt and all the snow falls on the younger horses...I laugh every time I see it.

Can you tell me the name of that scent?

If it’s that good, I want to steer clear of it.

While I’m walking to the stand, I don’t want no buck mountin' my bones.
Well, being as how I’m Bud, I like Bud commercials, too.

I was deployed to a liberal {meaning wet} Muslim country prior to Operation Iraqi Freedom. Every political leader in the region was some sort of king or prince of something.

I found a chocolate-chip {the first desert cammo design} ball cap which had been printed:

Bud
King of Beers

And heck yes, I wore it when I could get away with it. Even under my helmet. I wanted the royalty to know who was really in charge.

Still have the hat.
